本文共分为六个部分。第一章中对 BP 公司进行了介绍，并对本文研究的目的、意义、背景及研究的思路和方法进行阐述。第二章着重介绍了论文所基于的理论基础，主要由供应链管理、供应链细分策略和供应链结构三个理论构成。接下来在第三章中介绍了 BP 公司当前供应链现状以及 BP 公司目前的经营概况，并对 BP公司供应链面对的内部环境和供应链现行的业务流程进行了分析，找出了 BP 公司上下游供应链遇到的关键性问题。针对这些问题在第四章中详细的进行了核心原因及优化比较分析，通过数据分析形式对供应商结构、公司客户类型、分布与特点及下游客户群体多个维度进行详细的解析，并做出 BP 公司供应链结构优化与管理模型绩效评价。第五章中为 BP 公司全球供应链结构优化与管理策略选择，以供应链业务流程再造、合作共赢型客户关系建立、建立供应链绩效评价机制、全球供应链策略选择与评价四个供应链结构优化策略为重点进行阐述。第六章对全文进行了概况总结，并对未来进行了展望。
